I met Gary 13 years ago through CHOICE, Inc. Gary was one of the first people I met when I started my job there, and I was struck by his kind and gentle demeanor. I had the privilege of working closely with Gary over the years and enjoyed talking sports with him, especially about the MN Twins! Back in 2006-2008 when the Twins were doing great, Gary and I would often read the sports page together to follow the Twins’ success. Gary was a reliable and hard worker, and was always polite and courteous to all those around him. I am honored to have known him, and will miss him greatly. I wish peace and comfort for his family during this time.

I live in Colorado now and have not seen Gary for many years but remember him well. I was one of Gary’s class mates through out our elementary years at Zion Lutheran School and remember him being a fine young man during those growing up years with a gentle manor and a kind spirit. It was nice to read he had so many outside interests as well as being involved in the family farm and working for several other companies. I wish his family well at this sad time.
