Jerry will always be the flower guy. Always gracious with my absent minded last minute orders over the phone. And always happy to send an invoice and wait for my check from Colorado. Blessing to his family during this sad time.

Andrea Melberg Thompson says
Jerry was there for all the HIGHS and LOWS in the life our (extended) family. Mother’s Day corsages when in vogue, prom wristlets and boutonnieres, special occasions, weddings… and funerals. I remember sitting with Jerry to choose my mom’s funeral flowers. My dad didn’t say a word as he stood by. I choose blue vases for the alter flowers. Admittedly, I was too traumatized to add “memorials in leau of flowers” to her obituary. I don’t ever recall seeing so many flowers and plants (most from Jerry) at a funeral. The beauty truly brought me comfort. A few short years later, I needed his careful and kind touch choose my wedding flowers (including alter arrangements in the same blue vases). In many ways, Jerry was there for all of us in the community, and I think (hope) he knew it, and is among a sea of flowers now.
God Bless Jerry and his family, Andrea Melberg Thompson
