Jacob C. Funk, age 79, of Buffalo Lake, Minnesota, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at Bayside Manor in Gaylord.

Memorial Service will be Friday, May 23, 2025, 11:00 A.M., at Hughes-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Hector, with interment in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, Hector.

Gathering of Family and Friends will be one hour prior to the service at the chapel.
