Jeffrey “Jeff” Stamer, age 58, husband of Robin, of Hutchinson, Minnesota, passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at his home in Hutchinson.
Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 2, 2022, at 1:00 P.M., at the Jeff Stamer Farm, 80810 State Hwy 4 Hector, Minnesota 55342, with interment in Bird Island City Cemetery in Bird Island, Minnesota.
Visitation will be held from 11:00-1:00 P.M., two hours prior to the service at the Jeff Stamer Farm.
Jeffrey Paul Stamer was born on July 16, 1964, in Olivia, Minnesota. He was the son of LeRoy and Jill (Kana) Stamer. Jeff was baptized on December 19, 1971, and was later confirmed in his faith as a youth on May 4, 1980, both at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Bird Island, Minnesota. He grew up in Hector, Minnesota, where he was a standout in athletics and his love of farming was cultivated. Jeff was a graduate with the Hector High School Class of 1983. After graduating from the Agricultural Business program at Ridgewater College, he went on to pursue his passion of farming. Jeff took great pride in the farm and excelled due to his hard work and stewardship.
On February 26, 1999, Jeff married the love of his life, Robin Syverson in Maui, Hawaii, and they made their home in Hutchinson, Minnesota. Their life centered around their 5 amazing daughters. A father like Jeff is rare. He lived every day for his girls, always putting in extra effort to encourage and support their interests and loving them with all of his heart and then some.
When Jeff wasn’t farming, you could find him in the stands supporting his daughters at their sporting events or spending time at Green Lake, throwing the football around, showcasing his grilling skills, or pulling a tube full of kids behind the boat. Jeff always ensured those around him were having fun. He also enjoyed traveling and seeing the world with Robin and his girls.
Jeff was a kind and generous man and was so much to so many. He loved his family and friends and will be deeply missed by everyone around him.

May God hold and shelter you through this most tragic time. Jeff was and will always be your Hero. Oh how he selflessly loved you and adored you as any person could observe. The pride and joy for each one of his beautiful girls was as evident as one could see but his humble heart kept it inside, all through actions of selflessness, love, and support to all around him. We thank God for him and what he gave to so many but especially you all. We will always remember his drive and compassion for you and keep your Hero in our hearts.

Brad and Nancy Fosland says
Our heart goes out to the Stamer Family. Jeff was an underclassmate and enjoyed basketball. Brad and he enjoyed high school ball, league and Sunday night ball. One Sunday night at Rec BB the baskets had beeen lowered for some reason and everyone showed of there talents of dunking balls. Unfortunately the backboard shattered on Jeff’s turn.
Shocked, amused and glad it wasn’t them, however, it was what made them a team and a memorable event for them all. He also was dedicated to his home town and we appreciated his support and encouragement. A good guy is never forgotten, his memory is close to us all. Rest In Peace our friend, until we meet on the court again!
