I am extending my sympathy to Jerome’s family. As a fellow classmate, I remember working on the Homecoming float in the barn on his family farm; I also remember him receiving his graduation vehicle, I think it was a white Pontiac.
Jerome was always a polite and gracious classmate. Members of the class of 1960 will be getting together in September. We will recognize his memory.

Thank-you so much for this memory. Jerome was my uncle and my godfather. My dad is Jerome’s brother Ron Penk. This is such a great memory. I never knew people worked on floats in the barn. That’s so cool!
