Obituary

JoAnn Ruth Brady was born on March 23, 1939, in Hutchinson, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Herman and Ruth (Hoecke) Arndt. JoAnn was baptized as an infant by Reverend Wise at Trinity Lutheran Church in West Lynn Township, McLeod County and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth and married at Trinity Lutheran Church in Brookfield Township, rural Hector, Minnesota. She received her education in Hutchinson and was a graduate of the Hutchinson High School Class of 1957. JoAnn furthered her education for one year at the St. Cloud School of Nursing in St. Cloud, Minnesota. JoAnn was blessed with four children, Jody, Jeffrey, Jill and Joelle. JoAnn resided in Silver Lake, Minnesota. Besides being a loving mother and homemaker, JoAnn worked in various jobs outside of her home. JoAnn enjoyed crocheting, knitting, tending to her gardens, cooking, fishing, and caring for others. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren and friends. JoAnn passed away peacefully and gracefully on Sunday, January 10, 2016, at the age of 76 years. Blessed be her memory. JoAnn is survived by her: Children, Jody Samuelson of Sebeka, MN, Jeffrey Bonde and his wife, Cindy of Buffalo, MN, Jill Prince and her husband, John of Waconia, MN, Joelle Baldwin and her husband, Bret of Mora, MN; 10 Grandchildren; Jennalynn Samuelson, Jonathan Samuelson, Michael Bonde, Ryan Bonde, Jacob Bonde, Taija Pietz, Bailey Anderson, Nicholas Anderson, Anneliese Nelson, Clara Baldwin; 1 Great Grandchild; Brinley Nelson Brothers, Michael Arndt and his wife, Vicki of Thousand Oaks, CA, Bill Arndt and his wife, Joan of Hutchinson, MN; Sister, RuthKay Wall of New Richmond, WI; Second Husband, LeLand LaVont Brady of West Sacramento, CA Many Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends. JoAnn is preceded in death by her Parents, Herman and Ruth Arndt; First Husband, Earl Bonde.
