Judith “Judi” Luehrs, age 78, of St. Cloud, formerly of Lester Prairie, Minnesota, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022, 11:00 A.M. at Bethel Lutheran Church in Lester Prairie, Minnesota with interment at the Lester Prairie City Cemetery following the service.
Visitation will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022, from 10:00-11:00 A.M., one hour prior to the service at the church.

Obituary
Judith “Judi” Ann Luehrs was born on November 22, 1943, in Watertown, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Norman and Marion (Tesch) Schwartz. Judi was baptized as an infant on January 2, 1944, and was confirmed in her faith as a youth on April 15, 1957, both at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lester Prairie, Minnesota.
Judi received her education in Lester Prairie and graduated from Lester Prairie High School with the Class of 1961. After graduation, Judi continued her education at the Minnesota School of Business completing a Medical Secretary course. Judi was united in marriage to Alan Luehrs on September 10, 1966, at Bethel Lutheran Church in Lester Prairie. Their marriage was blessed with two children, Darin and Denise. The couple made their home in Lester Prairie for 50 years, and in 2014 Judi and Alan moved to St. Cloud, Minnesota to be closer to their family. Judi and Alan shared 55 years of marriage together.
Judi worked as a medical receptionist for Hutchinson Health in Hutchinson, Minnesota, retiring in 2010.
Judi was an active member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Lester Prairie. She enjoyed being a part of the church choir, the church bible study group, teaching Sunday school and found comfort in reading her devotional books daily. Her love of God and family were important parts of her life; her faith carried her through the toughest of times.
Judi enjoyed cross-stitching, gardening, singing, sewing, knitting, reading, and her yearly Christmas activities with Denise and Maren. She was very involved in her children's and grandchildren’s lives. She was a kind-hearted, welcoming person who always had her door open.

Brother-in-law, Kermit Luehrs;
Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Judith is preceded in death by her Parents, Norman and Marion Schwartz; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, William and Elsie Luehrs; Grandson, Isaac Luehrs; Sister-in-law, Myrna Asmus and her husband, Robert; Brothers-in-law, Roger Tiede, Warren Luehrs.
