Kenneth Aaberg, age 77, of Glencoe, Minnesota, formerly of Starbuck, Minnesota, passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at his home in Glencoe, Minnesota.
Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Wednesday, March 31, 2021, from 4:00-7:00 P.M. at the Johnson-McBride Funeral Chapel in Glencoe, Minnesota. Interment will be held at a later date at Minnewaska Cemetery in Starbuck, Minnesota.
Social distancing guidelines will be followed and masks are required.

Obituary
Kenneth Russell Aaberg was born on June 7, 1943, in Morris, Minnesota. He was the son of Russell and Florence P. (Schmidt) Aaberg. Kenneth was baptized as an infant on June 27, 1943, at Fron Lutheran Church in Starbuck, Minnesota, and later was confirmed in his faith. He received his education in Starbuck, Minnesota, graduating with the Starbuck High School Class of 1961.
On October 25, 1997, Kenneth was united in marriage to Sandra Skolberg by Rev. Vance Becker at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Glencoe, Minnesota. Kenneth and Sandra made their home in Glencoe, Minnesota. Kenneth was blessed with two children, Kenneth Jr. and Melissa and one stepson, Chad. Kenneth and Sandra shared over 23 years of marriage.
Kenneth worked as a track inspector for BNSF Railroad out of the Willmar Depot. He was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Glencoe.
Kenneth was a giving person who enjoyed jokes and one liners. He loved fixing things, all sports and his dog, Snooper. Kenneth treasured the time spent with his family and friends.
Kenneth passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2021, at his home in Glencoe, Minnesota, at the age of 77 years, 9 months and 17 days.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his Parents, Russell and Florence Aaberg.
