LaVonne Hoof, age 85, of Norwood Young America, Minnesota, passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018, at Good Samaritan Society in Arlington, Minnesota.
Memorial Service will be Monday, November 26, 2018, 11:00 A.M. at the Paul-McBride Funeral Chapel in Norwood. Private Family Interment will be in Groveland Cemetery in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
Gathering of Family & Friends will be Monday, November 26, 2018, one hour prior to the service at the chapel.
Obituary
LaVonne Ann Hoof was born on September 30, 1933, in Hopkins, Minnesota. She was the daughter of John and Evelyn (Stodola) Huber. LaVonne was baptized as an infant at the Catholic Church in Hopkins and was later confirmed in her faith. She received her education at Burwell Public School in Hopkins.
In 1954 LaVonne was united in marriage to Gerald Mueller.
On July 25, 1980, LaVonne was united in marriage to Dale Hoof at Zion Lutheran Church in Hopkins. After their marriage, the couple resided in Norwood, Minnesota, and Sun City, California. LaVonne was employed in production at various companies. She retired in 2008.
LaVonne was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Norwood Young America.
LaVonne enjoyed bowling, crafts and playing softball in her younger years. She cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
LaVonne passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018, at the Good Samaritan Society in Arlington, Minnesota, at the age of 85 years, 1 month, 17 days.

Children, Diane Moore and her husband, Dave of Brainerd, MN,
Bradley Mueller and his wife, Kim of Norwood Young America, MN, and
Robert Mueller and his wife, Mary of Silver Bay, MN;
Grandchildren, Jennifer Moore, Kelly (Dan) Olson, Lindsay (Adam) Lehrke, Robert (Christine) Mueller, Daniel Mueller, Nicholas (Shanae) Mueller, and Sherri Mueller;
13 Great Grandchildren;
Other relatives and friends.
LaVonne was preceded in death by her Parents, John and Evelyn Huber; Daughter, Barbara Mueller as an infant; and Granddaughter, Sarah Moore.
