Laurie Wirtanen Sanchez says
Both my Aunt MaryLou and Uncle Russ were the BEST. When my Mom (Elaine) had the chance, she would fly us to MN (from TX) for the Christmas holidays where we stayed with my Grandparents, the Ricke’s. I could not wait till she screamed down the basement staircase “Get ready, we’re headed to the farm!” because I knew I would see my Aunt MaryLou, Uncle Russ and ALL of my cousins. Between eating amazing fresh food, riding snowmobiles, playing in the barn and getting to touch all the animals, it was amazing; a city kid couldn’t ask for anything more. The Hansen’s are beautiful caring and loving family members and we are blessed to have them in our lives. While I live many miles away, you guys are always thought of often. Love you all.
