To the O’Malley Family –
We were so sorry to hearing of Mavis’ passing. You are all great neighbors and we missed the friendly (and deep) conversations during our backyard visits that we enjoyed with Mavis and Roger. Both of them were great friends/neighbors and left a deep hole in our hearts when they passed away. You were all very lucky to have them as your parents. They left a lasting impression in our lives and our kids as well. Rest in peace, dear neighbors, and put in a good word for us as well.

To the O’Malley’s,
Sincere condolences to you. Mavis always had a kind word whenever we talked, very understanding and supportive. I appreciated her humor, laughter, and life experiences as she told them. Very fond memories of spending time with her watching the world drive past. Fortunate to have lived as their neighbor and got the chance to know her and Roger so well. They are greatly missed.
God Bless.

To Connie, Molly and Allen:
So sorry about the passing of Mavis. It is a difficult time when we have to say “goodbye” to our parents as they leave on their journey to be with our Lord in Heaven. I hope you enjoy the 1971 Davis-Pettis Genealogy disc I left with Molly. It tells of our families back to the early 1600s. Feel free to make copies and distribute to others in your family. And if you would like to update your family’s information for the Davis-Pettis Genealogy update several cousins and I hope to publish by the end of 2025, please get in touch with be ASAP. We hope it can contain all our family members born since 1971 and have additional stories on interesting family members.
