Melissa Soto says
I will never forget my mother bringing us to the farm during the summer and holidays, Melford was always quiet, yet welcoming and timidly excited to show me and my brother things on the farm. We were lucky enough to have this time of exploration, learning and fun because of my uncle Melford and aunt Loretta. Though we were NEVER allowed to forget, we were the city kids who were sensitive to the smells and sights, Melford made sure to remind us every visit lol. One more thing I will never forget is, there was no uncle Melford without our aunt Leverne, and for as queit and timid Uncle Melford was, his love for his wife and children never went unnoticed.
Rest easy Uncle Medford, you gave me memories I will carry with me for my life time, and I am blessed because of this…
