Beverly Welch says
Thinking of my mother, Muriel, today. She was beautiful, modest and down to earth. Once, when she was ready to go out dancing with my father, I told her she looked like a movie star. All she said was, “well, we should all try to look our best when we go out.” But, she really did look like a movie star. She was a great mom, wife and always had cookies in the jar or a loaf of banana bread, pan of bars or a cake on the counter just in case someone might stop by for coffee. All of us–her children, grandchildren, friends and neighbors, will miss her.
