Patricia “Patty” Donnelly-Johnson

Obituary

Patricia Ann Johnson was born July 2, 1953 in Olivia, Minnesota, the daughter of Jack and Norine (Hank) Donnelly. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Aloysius Church in Olivia. Patty graduated from Olivia High School and received her Associate’s Degree from Ridgewater College in Willmar, Minnesota.

Patty was employed as an Assistant Administrator at the Olivia Nursing Home until moving to Hutchinson. She worked as an Office Assistant at Beeler Chiropractic in Hutchinson and most recently as a Breakfast Hostess at AmericInn in Hutchinson.

Patty was a member of St. Anastasia Catholic Church. Her faith was extremely important to her and she was involved in church activities. She also volunteered at the Food Shelf. Patty enjoyed crocheting, cooking, reading, playing cards, writing poems, attending her Grandson, Quentine’s baseball and football games and spending time with her family and friends. She was truly a ‘people’ person. She was kind and caring and was always willing to do anything for anyone.

Patty passed away at Abbott Northwestern Hospital on Thursday, September 21, 2017.

Patty is preceded in death by her Parents, Jack and Norine Donnelly; former Husband and Friend, Jon Wisch; and her special dog, Abby Marie Wisch Sr.
