Phyllis (Moody) Werkman, age 90, of Little Falls, formerly Fairfax, Minnesota, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019, at St. Gabriel’s Hospital in Little Falls, Minnesota.

Gathering of friends and family will be held Monday, November 4, 2019, from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. at the Hauser-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Fairfax with interment following at the Fort Ridgely Cemetery in Fairfax.
