Jeff Betker says
I am so fortunate to have gotten to know Ray, largely through my uncle Jim. Ray was without a doubt one of the kindest, most soft spoken and thoughtful people I have ever met. Always willing to lend a helping hand. When I would run into him from time to time he always had a smile. I am sad that I was out of town when the services were held and couldn’t attend. To Lucille, Glynis and the rest of the family my sincere condolences and prayers to all of you. I know you will all miss him very much. I will too.
Take Care. Jeff Betker
