RON & SHARON EICKHOFF says
Our deepest sympathy to Dick’s family. Enjoyed teaching and coaching him at Franklin High School. He was a strong running back on the football team. It was always fun chatting with Dick when whenever we’d see him through the years.

Thanks. We remember you as the coach that took Franklin to the state tournament. I’m their little ( old now) sister, Deanna.
Terry R Marguth says
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Dick’s family on the loss of Dick. He was a friend for many years. We always had to play cribbage when he came to my office.
Jim and Jeanne Ludowese says
Dick has been a dear, close friend to us for many years. We first met Dick as our insurance adjuster, but over time this developed into a close friendship with him and his wife Marlene. We have shared many dinners out together, and always enjoyed Dick’s humor and warmth. He was always by our side, ready to listen, and give encouragement and we kept each other in our prayers. When our time comes to leave this world, we’ll be looking for Dick on the other side. Until then, he will be dearly missed.
Dick Zeman says
Our sympathy on the loss of your loved one. Although I have not seen Dick for quite some time, he has
left a positive impact. Being an outstanding athlete and two years older than my classmates, Dick nurtured
younger players, taught us how to compete, instilled values of the team concept, and helped us realize the
importance of building lasting friendships. He was a great mentor and it was always fun to reminisce
when I saw him. Thank you, Dick; you will be missed.
Bauer Family says

Brock Kiecker says
How can one not remember that “chuckle of laughter” from such a positive guy. Spent time with him mostly on a baseball field. He helped hold a team together in a town so well liked by the local folk young and old. Rest in peace my friend.
Joe McMahon says
Met Dick at Canterbury Park and he and my Dad shared great stories about all the old time Major League baseball players.
And Gopher basketball.
I was in Texas and just learned of his passing.
He was a great guy! Now he and my dad can share stories in heaven.
R.i.p. Dick and thanks for some of those racing tips..
