Robert "Robbi" Babcock, age 48, passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, in Almont, Colorado.
Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M., at the Glencoe City Center (1107 11th Street) in Glencoe, Minnesota.
Obituary
Robert Dennis Babcok "Rob" or "Robbi" was born on March 20, 1977, in Fargo, North Dakota. He passed away on February 24, 2026 from acute bronchial pneumonia.
He is survived by his parents, Arleen Holmbeck (significant other, Roger Cohrs), Dennis Babcock (stepmother, Starr Babcock); children, Trinity Babcock, Salem Babcock (partner, Miles Halliwell), Lillian Babcock, Vada Babcock; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, including his cat, Cujo.
He lived in Minnnesota for many years and worked in the food service industry. In the spring of 2025 he moved to Almont, Colorado, and accepted a job as a cook/chef at Harmel's on the Taylor Resort. He embraced his new life in Colorado with enthusiasm and was an inspiration to many.
