I am so sorry to hear this. To you, his family, you have our deepest sympathy.
Rosine says
I want to send you my sympathy. I had the opportunity to meet Roger when I was leading the grief group for this funeral home, back when I lived in the area. He added so much to the group. What a good man. Again, you have my sympathy during this time of loss.
Sharon Schenbeck says
Roger and Anita were friends we made in our time at Seagrove Beach, Florida.
They were always fun and uplifting. I loved Roger’s invention of lowering their
luggage down from the third floor. I wished I had asked him more about it.
Rest in Peace, Roger…and give Anita a hug from me. God bless you both!

Don and Jean McAuley says
Thank you Montgomery family for sharing your dad with The Snowbirds of The Palms of Seagrove Beach for so many years. What fun to watch your mom and dad dance on the deck. They were an inspiration to us all in their daily lives. We’ve all lost a wonderful man but heaven and Anita have gained another angel.
John Bergseng says
It was such a joy to know Roger through our local Gideon Ministry Camp. He was our Gideon Card man and was so enthusiastic about his work. I enjoyed our talks so much. He was a real lover. He so loved his family, special friends and neighbors. He enjoyed his career at McLeod Power Coop along with his co-workers. Roger missed his wife Anita. He cherished his church and bible. He enjoyed talking about his roots, chuckled about his hunting and fishing buddies along with their jokes and pranks. When Jesus spoke about people identifying who his followers would be by their love for one another, that was Roger! We’ll miss him greatly!
