I am so sorry that your mother has passed on. She was the sweetest person I knew. She was so kind and loved spending time with her. I was born on her birthday and so she along with my mother will no longer be here to celebrate our birthdays. I have so many great memories of her growing up , so sure you must have even more loving memories of her. I was lucky to have known her and think of her often. Will say prayers your way .
Gerard Stifter says
Rudella (as I always knew her) was a neighbor 75 years ago from my farm days. Her father’s farm adjoined our farm and we visited the Haekenkamp frequently. My mother Angela Stifter was godmother for Rudella. Rest in peace.
Mary Ann Mallak says
So sorry for your loss, but know she was ready. So glad that I got to visit & chat with her this last year. She was not only our neighbor on the farm, but cousin & my best friend. Would bike together on Sundays 5 miles to see a movie in town. Sometimes would walk the railroad tracks, but seen to many snakes there. Had a lot of fun. My prayers are with you.
