Ruthie J. Hoseck, age 91, of Hector, Minnesota, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at the Buffalo Lake Healthcare Center in Buffalo Lake, Minnesota.
A Memorial Gathering for Family and Friends will be held at a later date.

My sincere condolences to all the Hosecks. So many memories. As a young child, wonderful smell of your kitchen when Ruth was making her delicious Carmel rolls and the anticipation of getting to eat one fresh out of the oven. When my mom was getting ready for her move to Plymouth, Ruth stopped by to see if she could help and instead she was talked into watching “My Cousin Vinny”. What a guilty pleasure to watch a movie at 10:30 in the morning! We had a wonderful day. A life well lived . . . She will be missed by so many.

My deepest sympathy to the whole Hoseck family. On a visit home from CO, I stopped into BLHCC and saw Ruthie. It was a precious visit. She was always so kind to me and she’ll never be forgotten.
