Theresa Erpenbach, age 80, of Norwood Young America, Minnesota, passed away on Thursday, August 2, 2018, at her home in Norwood Young America.
Memorial Service will be held Friday, August 10, 2018, 11:00 A.M. at Church of the Ascension in Norwood Young America, Minnesota, with interment at the church cemetery.
Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Thursday, August 9, 2018, at the Paul-McBride Funeral Chapel in Norwood Young America, Minnesota, from 4:00-8:00 P.M. A prayer service will be at 8:00 P.M. Gathering will continue one hour prior the service at the church on Friday.
Obituary
Theresa Marie Erpenbach was born on November 3, 1937, in Ethan, South Dakota. She was the daughter of Lawrence and Florence (Vittetoe) Puetz. Theresa was baptized as an infant and later was confirmed in her faith as a youth both in Dimock, South Dakota. She received her education in Ethan, South Dakota, graduating with the Ethan High School Class of 1955.
On October 13, 1956, Theresa was united in marriage to John Erpenbach in Illinois. Theresa and John made their home in Minneapolis and Norwood Young America, Minnesota. Their marriage was blessed with five children, Steven, Barb, Berta, Ron and Ann. Theresa and John shared over 43 years of marriage until John passed away on June 4, 2000. On May 19, 2012, Theresa was united in marriage to Dick Fehr at Ascension Catholic Church in Norwood Young America. Theresa and Dick made their home in Norwood Young America.
Theresa worked for Sprint Corporation. She was an active member of Church of the Ascension in Norwood Young America. Theresa also volunteered for the Norwood Young America Relay for Life and Good Samaritan Society in Waconia. In 1975, she started a summer program for girl’s youth softball.
Theresa enjoyed church functions, walking and sports. She cherished the time spent with family and friends.
Theresa passed away on Thursday, August 2, 2018, at her home in Norwood Young America, Minnesota, at the age of 80 years, 8 months and 30 days.
