Timothy L. Grosam, age 59, of Fairfax, Minnesota, passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at his home in Fairfax.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
Obituary
Timothy Leo Grosam was born on March 11, 1960, in New Ulm, Minnesota. He was the son of Charles and Loretta (Huiras) Grosam. Timothy was baptized as an infant and later confirmed in his faith as a youth, both at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Fairfax, Minnesota. He received his education in Fairfax and was a graduate with the Fairfax High School class of 1978. Timothy then furthered his education at Ridgewater College in Hutchinson, Minnesota.
Timothy entered active military duty in the United States Air Force on January 19, 1982, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He achieved the rank of E-4 and was honorably discharged on July 3, 1985, in Elmendorf, Alaska.
Timothy was employed in the Maintenance department at BIC Graphic USA in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota.
Timothy resided in Fairfax.
Timothy enjoyed snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, and farming for 30 years. He especially enjoyed visiting with his neighbors, friends, and family.
Timothy passed on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at his home in Fairfax, Minnesota, at the age of 59 years. Blessed be his memory.
Timothy is survived by his:
Brother, Charles Grosam and his significant other, Joan Huffman, of Fairfax, Minnesota;
Many other relatives and friends.
Timothy is preceded in death by his Parents, Charles and Loretta Grosam.

Tim was a great guy had a weird sense of humor but I got it and we had many laughs! called him Steve Erckle? at work always brought a smile to his face. gone but will remember him forever

Tim and I were stationed at Elmendorf AFB Alaska in the 80’s. We fished, camped, skied and just enjoyed the outdoors of Alaska and our friendship. Over the years we stayed in contact with each other by phone. I will miss him dearly. Rest in Peace my friend.
