Valerie Fimon, age 57, of Hutchinson, Minnesota, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Harmony River Living Center in Hutchinson.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 20, 2017, 1:00 P.M. at Faith Lutheran Church in Hutchinson. Interment will be in the Oakland Cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the Church.
Obituary
Valerie Ann Fimon was born on November 22, 1959, in Hutchinson, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Richard and Agnes (Sobeslavsky) Fimon. Valerie was baptized as an infant and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth at St. Anastasia Catholic Church in Hutchinson. She received her education in Hutchinson and was a graduate of the Hutchinson High School Class of 1977.
Valerie resided in Hutchinson all of her life. She held employment as a waitress at Hutch Café and 7W Truck Stop. Valerie retired in 1993. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Hutchinson.
Valerie enjoyed playing cards and visiting with friends and family.
When Valerie needed assistance with her daily care, she became a resident of the Burns Manor Nursing Home in Hutchinson on September 30, 2003. Valerie moved to the Harmony River Living Center in January of 2012.
She passed away there on Thursday, March 16, 2017, at the age of 57 years.

Donald Fimon of Hutchinson, MN,
Richard Fimon of Glencoe, MN;
Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews, many other relatives and friends.
Valerie is preceded in death by her Parents, Richard and Agnes (Sobeslavsky) Fimon; Step Father, Martin Rettmann; Brother, Darrel Fimon.
